State of TN to Miles PRINCE
pg 507) The State of Tennessee, No. 27657. To all to whom these presents shall come - Greeting: Know Ye that in consideration of the sum of twelve and one half cents per acre, paid into the office of the Entry-Taker of Perry County, pursuant to the provisions of an act of the General Assembly of said State, passed on the eleventh day of January, 1842 and entered as an occupant on the 8th day of November 1845 by No. 91 therein granted by the said State of Tennessee unto Miles PRINCE a certain tract or parcel of land, containing twenty & one fourth acres by survey bearing date the tenth day of November 1845 lying in said County on Range Nine & Section Five on Buffaloe River bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at the southwest corner of a forty acre entry in the name of John BUSCH running thence West eighty poles to a hickory thence North forty two poles to a stake in the South boundary line of a one hundred & ninety acre entry in the name of William HALLBROOK thence East eighty poles to a dogwood thence Southeast corner of the same thence South forty two poles to the beginning with the hereditaments and appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said Miles PRINCE and his heirs forever. __ __ __ Aaron V.
