pg 317) This deed made and entered into this 8 day of November 1876 between John T. KING of Logan County Kentucky, party of the first part and M.P. WICKWARE, wife of J.H. WICKWARE and Thompson KING, parties of the second part, Witness to that the said John T. KING, party of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of twelve hundred dollars cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the said party of the first part has this day bargained and sold and by these presents __ __the said M.P. WICKWARE and Thompson KING, an undivided __ interest in and to a certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Logan and State of Kentucky on the waters of Red River and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at

pg 318) two black oaks and a rock running thence South 134 poles with line of Dr. BROWN to a rock thence West 51 poles to an ash and gum thence North 39 poles to a rock, thence East N. 8 E. about 51 poles to a rock, thence East 194 poles to the Beginning containing one hundred and twenty five acres to have and to hold the undivided __ __ interest in and to said tract of land together with the appurtenances thereto belonging unto the said M.P. WICKWARE and Thompson KING, their heirs and assigns forever, free from the claim or claims of any and all persons whomsoever __ covenant of General Warranty In testimony whereof witness the hand of the said John T. KING party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred dollars cash in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged by the said party of the first part, has this day bargained and sold and by these presents does convey and confirm unto the said second party his undivided one fourth interest in and to the one hundred and ten acre tract

KING now lives lying and being in the County of Logan and State of Kentucky on the waters of Red River and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at a black oak and post oak S.W. corner to James __, thence S. 55 at __ 188 poles to a rock by the fence thence N. 62 1/2 W. 34 poles to a hickory thence N. of 4 1/2 W. 2 poles to __ __ corner to Wm __ thence North 8 poles to a black oak corner to HARRIS, thence East 19 1/2 poles to a post oak, thence North 39 1/2 poles to a rock corner to HUTCHINS, thence East 165 poles to a rock corner to HUTCHINS in __ line, thence with his line S. 13 1/2 E. 37 1/2 poles to the Beginning it being the same owned by Mary Ann KING, now deceased, during her life with remainder to her children by the said John T. KING of whom the said Thompson KING is one to have and to hold unto the said John T. KING his heirs and assigns forever, free from the claim or claims of any and all persons whomsoever with covenant of General Warranty. In testimony whereof witness the hand of the said grantors, this 8 day of November 1876.

WICKWARE and her husband J.H. WICKWARE who joins her in this conveyance by their said Attorney in Fact George A. KING, parties of the first part and John T. KING party of the second part

KING now lives, lying and being in the County of Logan and State of Kentucky on the waters of Red River, two miles East of Adairville and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at a black jack and post oak S.W. corner to James __, thence S. 55 W. 188 poles to a rock by the fence, thence N. 62 1/2 W. 34 poles to a hickory, thence N. 74 poles W. 2 poles to two hickories, corner to Wm HARRIS, thence North 84 poles to a black oak corner to HARRIS, thence East 19 1/2 poels to a post oak, thence North 39 1/2 poles to a rock corner to HUCTCHINS in BURNS line, thence with his line S. 13 1/2 E. 39 1/2 poles to the Beginning, it being the same owned by Mary Ann KING, now deceased, during her life with remainder to her children b y the said John T. KING of whom the same M.P. WICKWARE is one, to have and to hold unto the said John T. KING his heirs and assigns forever free from the claims or claims of any and all persons whomsoever with covenant of General Warranty. pg 321) This deed made and entered into this 8th day of November 1876 between M.P. WICKWARE of the Crawford County and State of Kansas by Geo. A. KING her attorney in fact and her husband J.H. WICKWARE who joins her in the conveyance, parties fo the first part, and Thompson KING of Logan County Kentucky, party of the second part, Witnesseth that the said M.P. WICKWARE by her said Attorney in fact Geo A. KING and her husband J.H. WICKWARE who joins in this conveyance for and in consdieration of the sum of six hundred dollars to be paid in twelve months from the date hereof with interest at eight percent for which sum the said party fo the second part has this day executed this promissory note to M.P. WICKWARE and J.H. WICKWARE and for the payment of which a sum is specially rendered on the premises herein conveyed or have this day bargained and sold and by these presents __ unto the said party of the second part an undivided one third interest in and to a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County of Logan and State of Kentucky on the waters of Red River and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at the black oak and a rock running thence South 134 poles with the line of Dr. BROWN to a rock, thence West 51 poles to an ash and gum, thence North 39 poles to a rock, thence N. 8 E. about 51 poles to a rock, thence East 194 poles to the Beginning containing one hundred and twenty five acres to have and to hold the said undivided one third interest in and to said tract of land together with the appurtenances __ belonging unto
