pg 75) This indenture made and entered into this 17th day of November in the year of our Lord 1852 between George KING and Sarah his wife of the County of Logan State of Kentucky of the first part and Wm P. PRICE of the County and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said George KING and Sarah his wife in and for the consideration of the sum of three hundred and eigthty eight dollars and 67 cents to them the said George KING and Sarah his wife in hand paid by the said Wm P. PRICE the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by them the said George KING and Sarah his wife hath this day granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain sell, convey and forever confirm to the said Wm P. PRICE his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Red River bounded as followeth, to wit, Beginning at two large post oaks corner to BAKER and PRICE running thence South E. 178 poles to two dead red oaks and a rock thence 132 W. 10 poles to a rock, hickory, small black gum and large black oak thence due West 142 poles to a forked white oak corner to MOORE, thence with his line N. 26 3/4 W. 77 poles to a post oak and pointers corner to BAKER, thence with his line N. 45 E. 42poles to the beginning containing by survey sixty two acres and thirty poles to have and to hold with all and singular its appurtenances to the said Wm P. PRICE his heirs and assigns forever free from the claim or claims of them the said George KING and Sarah his wife and free from the claim or claims of every person or persons and the said George KING and Sarah his wife doth by these presents forever bind them themselves, their heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title of the above described tract or parcel of land to the said Wm P. PRICE his heirs and assigns free from the claim or claims of

This indenture made and entered into this 17th day of November in the year of our Lord 1852 between George KING and Sarah his wife of the County of Logan State of Kentucky of the first part and Josiah MOORE of the County and State aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that said George KING and Sarah his wife in and for the consieration of the sum of seven hundred and one dollars 56 1/4 cents to them the said George KING and Sarah his wife in hand paid by the said Josiah MOORE the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged by them the said George KING and Sarah his wife hath this day granted, bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, convey and forever confirm to the said Josiah MOORE his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County and State aforesaid on the waters of Red River bounded as followeth, to wit, Beginning at a post oak Northeast corner to a survey made in the namee of E.M. EWING it being the tract of land on which said MOORE now lives running thence with said EWING survey N. 88 1/2 W. 178 poles to a black oak in a line of N.corner thence with said CONN's line N. 17 & E. 154 poles to two hickories in Wm BAKER's line, thence S. 69 & E. 96 poles to a post oak and pointers corner to BAKER, thence with a line of Wm P. PRICE S. 26 1/4 E. 77 poles to a forked white oak corner to said PRICE, thence S. 2 & W. 38 1/2 poles to a stake, thence S. 56 & E. 11 poles to the beginning containing by survey one hund-

pg 77) dred and twelve and a quarter acres to have and to hold with all and singular its appurtenances to the said Josiah MOORE his heirs and assigns forever free from the claim or claims of them the said George KING and Sarah his wife & their heirs and assigns and free from the claim or claims of every person or persons and the said George KING and Sarah his wife doth by these presents bind themselves their heirs and assigns forever to warrant and defend the title of the above described tract or parcel of land to the said Josiah MOORE his heirs and assigns free from the claim or claims of every person or persons whosoever. pg 119) This indenture made this 11th day of June 1852 between George KING and Sarah KING his wife, Joseph L. KENNEDY and Eliza KENNEDY his wife and George T. KENNEDY all of the County of Logan and State of Kentucky witnesseth that the said George KING for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to him in hand paid and for and in consideration of the said Joseph L. KENNEDY and Eliza KENNEDY his wife will not set up any claim to a tract of land hereafter described willed by said George KING to said Jos L. KENNEDY his wife Eliza KENNEDY the said George KING doth by these presents bargain, sell and convey unto the said George T. KENNEDY his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of land lying in Logan County KY on the waters of Red River and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning on a black jack corner to a 100 acre survey patented to Wm TRIMBLE and also a corner to Geo W. COPELAND 105 acre tract thence N. 85 E. 37 poles to 2 small post oaks, corner to Wm TRIMBLE, thence on his line N. 30 E. 75 poles to a stake at pointers in John PROCTER's line thence on his line N. 16 E. 130 poles to the center of WOOLSEY's Creek thence down the meanders of the same to G.W. COPELAND's corner in said creek, thence on his line S. 5 W. 63 poles to a post oak, thence South 36 E. 25 poles to 2 post oaks thence S. 42 W. 10 poles to a black oak, thence N. 40 W. 10 poles to a red oak, thence S. 5 W. 48 poles to the beginning containing one hundred and two acres to have and to hold the before described tract or parcel of land to the said George T. KENNEDY his heirs and assigns forever free from all claims whatever the said George KING will warrant and forever defend. But it expressly understood & agreed to between the said George KING & Joseph L. KENNEDY and Eliza KENNEDY his wife that after the death of the said George KING they will not set up any claim to the before described tract of land and this conveyance is made to George T. KENNEDY by the request of Jos L. KENNEDY & wife. In testimony of which the said George KING and Sarah KING his wife, Joseph L.
