pg 303) sideration of the sum of three hundred and ten dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged said land bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning on a white oak with oak pointers on the East boundary of Mary HEDGES survey at the Southwest corner of Eaton ROACHES entry for 331 acres more or less and runs East 44 poles to a stake with dogwood pointers, thence North 146 poles to a stake with black oak pointers thence East 126 poles to a stake post oak pointers on the Decatur County line thence North with said line 82 poles to a stake with white oak pointers thence East 26 poles to a stake with spanish oak and snmall dogwood pointers, thence South 88 poles to a stake with pointers thence East 65 poles to a hickory with dogwood pointers thence South 204 poles to a black gum with pointers thence West 46 poles to a white oak with spanish oak and black gum pointers thence South 32 poles to a black gum with pointers thence West 160 crossing County line at 30 poles to a stake with dogwood and black oak pointers thence North 108 poles to a spanish oak with pointers thence West 36 poles to a stake with chestnut and other pointers thence North 22 poles to the beginning containing 331 acres be the same more or less. We covenant with the said C.D. MORGAN her heirs and assigns that we are lawfully possessed of said land and the same is unincumbered and we __ her bind over so __ heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever whereunto we subscribe our names this the 16th day of Sept 1907.

WEBB the within named bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he executed the within instrument for the purposes therein contained and S.C. WEBB wife of the said T.A. WEBB having appeared before me privately and apart from her husband the said S.C. WEBB acknowledged the execution of the said deed to have been done by her freely voluntarily and understandingly without compulsion or constraint from her said husband and for the purposes therein expressed.
