Archer CHEATHAM plaintiff against Plummer WILLIS defendant - Trespass on the case
This day came the plaintiff here into court and prayed for and obtained an appeal to the circuit court of Robertson County to be held on the second Monday in October next and he together with Henry JOHNSON his security entered into and acknowledged their bond in the sum of one hundred dollars conditoned as the law directs & reasons filed.
Joel BAYLES plaintiff against Thomas BELL defendant - In debt
This day came the parties by their attornies and thereupon came a jury of good and lawful men, to wit, Edward CHOAT, Herbert HARWELL, James COOK, William PIKE, James PRYOR, Sims ELLIS, John MORGAN, Joseph JOHNSON, Jacob JOHNSON, Jacob BINKLEY, Nathan YOES, Samuel CROCKET who being duly elected, tried and sworn the truth to speak upon the issue joined upon their oath do say they find in favor of the plaintiff the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars the debt in the declaration mentioned therefore it is considered by the court that the plaintiff recover against the defendant the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars and his costs about him in this behalf expended and the defendant in mercy.

An inventory supplementory of the estate of Alexander FORRESTER dec'd returned into Court by William BURNEY the administrator & ordered to be recorded.
Ordered by the Court that James GAMBRELL, Theophilus MORGAN Sr & Alexander GORDON do lay off to Elizabeth HUEY widow of William HUEY dec'd what she shall be allowed for the support of herself and children the first year after the decease of her husband agreed to an act of assembly of this State in such case made & provided and make return to our next Court.
A supplement account of sale of the estate of Archibald MAHAN dec'd was returned into Court by James MAHAN the administrator & ordered to be recorded.
A bond of conveyance from William HUEY to William HUTCHINGS for 100 acres of land was further proven in open Court by the oath of John McMILLIN one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded.
James TROTTER was admitted as a citizen of the United States and took the oath of fidelity and abduration and also to support the Constitution of the United States and the State of Tennessee.
Ordered by the Court that the administrators of all & singular the goods, chattels, rights, credits of William HUDDLESTON dec'd have leave to sell the Negroes belonging to said estate according to law.

At a court of pleas and quarter sessions held for the county of Robertson at the courthouse in the town of Springfield on the second Monday in February 1815.
Present Jacob BINKLEY, George ALLERT and William ADAMS Esqr.
Deed from James McCONNEL to John McCONNEL for 230 acres of land was proven in open court by the oaths of Henry JOHNSON and Thomas JOHNSON Jnr. subscribing witness therefore and ordered to be registered.
The resignation of James H. BRYAN a Justice of the Peace for the county of Robertson was received in court.
Deed from Joseph PITTS to Elisha WILLIS for 100 acres of land was acknowledged in open court and by the court ordered to be registered.
Deed from Lewis RAGSDALE to the heirs of WIlliam HUEY dec'd for 145 acres of land was proven in open court by the oath of Sampson MATTHEWS and Isaac DORRIS subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be registered.

An inventory of the estate of Hiram BLACK dec'd was returned into Court by the Administrators of said estate and by the Court ordered to be recorded.
Joseph LATIMER Executor to the last will and testament of Hugh LATIMER dec'd came into Court and took the oath of an Executor by law required. It is therefore by the Court that lettters testamentary issue to the said Joseph LATIMER on the estate of Hugh LATIMER dec'd.
An inventory of the estate of Hugh LATIMER dec'd returned into Court by the Executor and ordered to be recorded.
Ordered by the Court that Joseph LATIMER executor of Hugh LATIMER dec'd have leave to sell the personal estate of the said decedent according to law.
A plat and certificate of survey together with a transfer of the same from Theophilus MORGAN to Alexander GORDON for 2 acres of land was acknowledged in open Court and ordered to be certified.
Ordered by the Court that Richard JAMES oversee the road in the room of Lewis ELLIS and that he with the same hands keep said road in repair according to law.
A supplement account of sales of the estate of William ELLIS dec'd was returned into Court by Lewis ELLIS the administrator of said estate and by the Court ordered to be recorded.

This day came the parties by their attornies and thereupon came a jury of good and lawful men, to wit, Jesse JONES, Britain BRIDGES, Linas FOX, George BIGBEE, John SUMMONS, James YATES, John MORGAN, William SAILS, Elijah HUGHS, Edward EDWARDS, Thomas NELMS and Moses M. DONNELSON who being duly elected, tried and sworn the truth to speak uppon the issue joined upon their oath do say that they find the issue in favor of the defendant therefore it is considered by the court that the defendant go hence without delay and recover against the plaintiff his cost by him about this suit in that behalf expended and be in mercy.
Ordered by the court that William CONNEL and George ALLEST Esqr. do settle with James NORFLEET guardian for Olivia POLK and Elias FORT guardian for M__ HARRIS and report to our next court.
On the motion of Stasha BURNET she is admitted to admihnister on the estate of Stephen BURNET dec'd who gave bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with John B. BLACKWELL and William D. MINERS her securitis conditioned as the law directs.
Ordered by the court that Stasha BURNET administrator of the estate of Stephen BURNET dec'd have leave to sell the personal estate of said decedent ___ ___ ___.
