Lavina Gordon, Guardian of John Wesley & Wiley McNeil Gordon
vs Alexander Gordon - Report of Division of Lands
This day comes on to be heard the report of Alexander Gordon appointed under the will of John Gordon deceased, to divide the river lands of said decedent in Wayne County between John Wesley & Wiley McNeil Gordon & John & Sampson Gordon and the objections of the said Lavina Gordon, guardian thereto, and evidence being submitted to the court in regard to said division and the court having fully considered the same. And it appearing from said report that said Alexander Gordon about the year 1874 divided said river lands of decedent between the said divisees as follows to wit; to John Wesley Gordon and Wiley McNeil Gordon all of fractional section 13 township 6 range six containing 303 acres more or less. And to John Gordon Lot 3 of Sec. 12 township 6 range 6 west containing 95 acres and to Sampson Gordon lot 4 of section 12 township 6 of range six containing about 105 acres all in Wayne County, State of Mississippi, and it further appearing to the court that said division as made is in the discretionary power of the said Alexander Gordon and no sufficient reason being shown against the confirmation of said division. It is therefore ordered that the objections to said report be overruled and it is further ordered and decreed that said division of said lands as herein reported be approved, allowed and confirmed and that the title of the several parties be confirmed to each of them respectively and said report is approved, ratified & confirmed and it is ordered that said Lavina Gordon pay the costs of this proceeding, Ordered and decreed 25th Oct 1881.

On motion leave is granted to substitue the papers in this case in 90 days.
In the matters of the estate of John Gordon, deceased
Leave is granted to Alexander Gordon et al to substitue the will of John Gordon, deceased.

The said guardian having filed her amended settlement and said account appearing to be correctly stated and supported by sufficient vouchers. It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that said account be allowed and ordered to record.

In the matters of the guardianship of the minor heirs of John Gordon, deceased ~ Chancery Court rule term Feb 4th, 1884 ~ Lavinia Gordon presents her account for arrived settlement and the same being examined and found to be supported by paper voucher. It is ordered that the same be allowed & ordered to record. Ordered Rules Feb 4th 1884.
