David will always be remembered as a quiet, polite, and gentle man. He was more of a follower than a leader. Everyone that knew him would always compliment him on his politeness and good manners. He respected his elders and would always say "yes sir" or "yes ma'am". He was a loving father and son and his family was very important to him. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing with his brother Michael and other friends. He had recently become a certified baseball and softball umpire. He loved baseball as a child growing up and played the game thoughtout his early life and high school years. There was always competition between him and his younger brother Michael whether it was throwing a baseball, catching a bass, or playing a video game. he loved and respected his sister Tara and was proud of her commitment to her service of God as a Mormon Missionary. The family, friends, church members, and Department of Corrections "family", is sincerely appreciated for all the visits, cards, food, prayers, and thoughts as his family mourns the loss of his life from this world. The strength of God and those that share our loss are what enables us to endure this difficult time in our lives. Your presence here at this service is sincerely appreciated.
