Leonard and Mary Ferguson Farmer
Leonard Farmer, the first child of Jacob and Pena Farmer, was born on
October 3, 1817 in North Carolina,
probably in Guilford
County.
He married Mary Ferguson, born about 1818 in North Carolina, on December 15, 1842 in Morgan
County, Indiana.
The couple had two children:
Lydia Ann, b. 1847 in
Indiana.
William L., b. 1861 in
Iowa.
