It is apparent there is a problem here, however there seems to be no way to to determine the exact date of birth or baptism. Which one is absolutely correct?
Perhaps baptism no. 6 should be used as it was the "first one" registered. Yet this first record indicated that he was born 15 days prior to his baptism, therefore a birth date of 26 Jan was given on this basis. However baptism no. 28 did in fact indicate that he was born 21 Jan. A terrible mistake on the part of the priest, M Pigeon at the time!
