and the plantation where Francis Storey now liveth.
Clayland to build a 25 feet dwelling house, drawn worke 18 feet wide;
1 tobacco house 40 feet by 20 feet wide and plant 100 apple trees -
and fence the neck where the plantation lyes with a good fence.
