"To niece Elizabeth Jones and hrs., pt. of tract containing 45 acres ajoining Edmonton on north,
also North Bendon and Todd, 100 acres on Great Duck Creek in Newcastle Do., Pennsylvanina
(being part of a tract left by testator's father ______ to Hannah Baxter and herself) and personality.
To sister Elizabeth Evans, residue of dwelling plantation on St. Michael's River,
also certain personality during life, to pass to her decease to niece Elizabeth Jones aforesaid.
To nephew John Evans, Alexander Raye, John (son of John Sutton), John Sutton, Margaret Collins, godson Thomas Bruff, niece Sophia (wife of Issac Abrahams), Anne (daughter of James Dawson), Elizabeth (daughter of Michael Russell), Elizabeth (wife of John Davis), Anne (wife of Thomas Hopkins), Sara Davidson, James Kelly, Rebecca Russell and Richard Hamon of Queen Anne's County, personality.
To Lewis Jones, personality which had belonged to nephew Joseph Evans.
