Armenian Graves and Inscriptions in India
including Bangladesh

 NEW ADDITIONS - 05 May 2012

Photographs taken by Liz Chater (unless otherwise stated) and inscriptions transcribed by Liz Chater (unless otherwise stated) of various Armenian graves in the UK,  India, and Hong Kong:

Some of the photographs of graves at Bombay were originally donated by and courtesy of Omar Khalidi of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to whom I offer my most grateful thanks for contributing them to my Armenian graves in India genealogy project.  He also has kindly allowed me to reproduce part of a paper written on the "Armenians in Mughal Delhi" which is published in the Journal of the Society of Armenian Studies USA, other graves at Dacca where privately commissioned by me.

Some photographs of graves in Madras and Saidabad are donated by, and courtesy of, Very Rev. Fr. Oshagan Gulgulian to whom I offer my most grateful thanks contributing them to my Armenian graves in India genealogy project.

Photographs of graves in Singapore and Malaysia are courtesy of Ms. Nadia Wright and I am grateful to her for the contribution.

Further photographs of Saidabad are courtesy of Ms. Helena Cray.

Photographs of Hyderabad courtesy of Omar Khalidi and Leon Avedissian.

As yet, certain unidentified photographs Tigran Baghumyan.
