, 56, died at 6:18 a.m. Dec. 30, 2003, at Halifax Medical Center in Florida.
   She was born Feb. 10, 1947, in Garrett, Ky., to Hallie Stephens and Birdella Click Konst, who preceded her in death. On Oct. 8, 1994, she married Donald Ray "Butch" Chancey, who survives in Lima.
   Mrs. Chancey had worked at Ex-Cello Textron as a blade inspector and most recently was a loving homemaker. She was a former member of the Tuesday Night Dart League, an active member of the Saturday Night Girls Euchre League and was the family event coordinator. She loved her children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, greatnieces and great-nephews, brothers and sisters. She loved her flowers, camping, shopping and gift-buying. She will be greatly missed and was loved by many, many friends.
   Survivors also include a daughter, Evelyn (Chris) Fultz of Lima; six sons, Earl (Angie) Mayer of Lima, Mark (Maria) Mayer of Delphos, David (Jessica) Mayer and Mike (Jessica) Chancey, both of Lima, Joe (Jackie) Chancey of Ottawa and Jeff (Danielle) Chancey of Lima; a sister, Holly Blue of Holly Hill; a brother, Danny (Patti) Stephens of Lima; a sister, Wanda (John) Arnett of Lima; a brother, Johnny (Doris) Stephens of Harrod; a sister, Debbie (Neal) Furgerson of Marietta, Ga.; nine grandchildren, Josh Fultz, Abbie Fultz, Nick Mayer, Heather Mayer, Audrey Mayer, Miranda Mayer, Alex Mayer, Tiera Chancey and Jestony Chancey; and her first husband, Jerry Mayer of Lima.
   She was preceded in death by a son, Jerry David Mayer Jr.; and a stepfather, Harry Konst.
   Services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home. Pastor Jeffrey Rollison will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
   Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
