Robert G. Marshall, on the roster above, is a 1st ] cousin, to Capt. R. S. Marshall. Robert's father was Henry F. Marshall, brother to William B. Marshall, who was Richard S. Marshall's father.

Robert C. & John T. Blanton are brothers to Richard's wife Sarah C. Blanton. **It should be noted that later John T. Blanton, also served with the Union in the 3rd TN Mounted Division.

James W. Bradley married Mary Jane Blanton, a sister to Richard's wife Sarah C. Blanton. They moved to Travis Co., TX around Austin, TX, and can be found there on the 1880 Census.

(George) "Washington" Isbill married Elizabeth Annis Blanton, yet another sister to Sarah C. Blanton. Of course, it should be noted that Washington Isbill's brother Nelson Isbill is also in the same roster.

**James M. Atkins and William L. Atkins, were brothers, and both sons of Joseph William "Josiah" Atkinson. William L(emuel) Atkins, was a minister and died in Karnes Co., TX, and is buried in the Choate Cemetery, Karnes Co., TX. James M. Atkins, lived out his life in Monroe Co., TN and is buried in the Rocky Springs Cemetery, Monroe Co., TN.
