Civil Registration of Deaths for Ireland

Everyone has a shoebox with an assortment of buttons, receipts, notes, tickets, etc.--and none of us know what to do with it all. I've put all of these items in the Miscellaneous Section until I can find a proper home for them. Enjoy!

  1. #49 - June 8, 1864, Sheans. Timothy Cullinane, male, bachelor, 27 years old, Labourer, died of pneumonia (3 months, uncertified), signed by Jeremiah Cullinane [his mark], inmate, Sheans. Registered June 7, 1864 by Robert Twiss, Registrar. [Killarney Film #0101618, Vol. 10, p. 232.]
  2. #57 - August 22, 1868, Coherbeg, Rathbony. Timothy Cullinane, male, married, 69 years of age, farmer, died from general debility latterly a pain in the knee of ten days duration (no medical attendant), Michael Cullinane [his mark], present at death, Caherbeg. Registered September 2, 1868 by Henry R. Mathews, Deputy Registrar. [Clonakilty, Film #010689 vol 15, p. 46.]
  3. #498 - December 7, 1868, Rathdermot. Timothy Cullinan, male, married, 50 years of age, farmer, died from inflamation of stomach, fourteen days, (certified), Charles Cullinan in attendance during last illness, Bansha. Registered December 11, 1868 by Benj. W. Bradshaw, Registrar. [Deaths Registered in the District of Bansha, Barony of Tipperary, County Tipperary].
  4. #238 - April 21, 1869, Kilmurry. Timothy Cullen, male, married, 57 years of age, small farmer, died of acute pneumonia (8 days uncertified, no medical attendant), Anne Cullen [her mark], present at death, Kilmurry. Registered May 6, 1869 by James Vernston, Registrar. [Mayborough, Mountmillich Union, Queens County, Film 0101700, Vol. 8, p. 427.]
  5. #198, November 11, 1870, Castleisland. Catherine Cullinane, female, widow, 77 years of age, labourer's widow, died of debility (7 months, no medical attendant), Honora McCarthy [her mark], present at death, Castleisland. Registered on November 18, 1870 by Martin Nolan, Deputy Registrar. [Castleisland, Union of Tralee, County Kerry, Film 0101727, Vol. 20, p. 426.]
