Above is a photograph of the Cullinan's Restaurant and B&B Guest House, overlooking the Aran Islands and Doolin, County Clare. James Cullinan, the proprietor, has been recognized as a very capable chef and restaurant owner--the popular menus include dishes with Asian, American and French influences. The family has ties to numerous branches of the Cullinan family from Ennistymon to Ennis.
