Description:
Private First Class. Enlisted on April 10, 1917 and was overseas from September 25, 1917 until September 10, 1919. His campaigns included Champagne-Marne, St-Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne. He was wounded on July 15, 1918 and discharged on September 17, 1919. He died two years later, in Augusta, Maine. See Plate VII.
