Biographical Information
"Joseph Francis Cullinan farmed in Dakota Territory and was a businessman in Sioux City, Iowa, later. He owned quite a bit of rental property at one time in Sioux City. All this was lost to
the family after Joseph's death in 1890, when his wife, Catherine, was taking care of the property. She couldn't collect the rent. She died of tuberculosis in 1903."
After Joseph and Catherine died, their children were raised by an uncle, George F. Cullinan and an aunt, Mary Josephine Cullinan.
