Biographical Information
Dr. Charles R. Cullinane, known as 'the poor man's friend,' was born at Watkins Glen, New York on February 4, 1869. "After completing his studies in public school and seminary, he began
teaching in the local public school, continuing four years before entering the medical department of the University of Buffalo, where he pursued full courses until graduated M.D., class of 1896. He at once opened an office in Buffalo, and has there
continued a successful practice during the quarter of a century that has since elapsed. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the New York Medical Society, the Erie County Medical Society, the Buffalo Academy of Medicine, and is held
in high regard by his contemporaries of the profession..."
