in Wentzel County, this state. In 1909 he moved to Wheeling where he formed a partnership with ex-Congressman B.B. Dovener, under the firm name, Dovener & Cullinan, which continued until 1909 when the firm dissolved and since then Mr. Cullinan
has practiced alone. Mr. Cullinan is president of the West Virginia Alumni Association, of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity, and president of the Carroll Club of Wheeling, West Virginia (--West Virginia and Its People).
