Comments:
- William Cullinan Jr. (1913-1973) is listed in the Social Security Index.
- When I visited Ennis in June of 1995, I was informed by Tony Cullinan of Claureen, Ennis, County Clare, that a Mrs. Liddy had just passed away some three weeks previously. It is likely that this was Mrs. Nora (Cullinan) Liddy.
- All of the children of Thomas Cullinan and Honoria O'Regan were baptized at the Parish Church, Kilnamona, Ennis, County Clare.
- Mrs. Liddy notes, "Thomas Cullinan was born on the O'Brien estate of Ballyalla and his people had lived on this holding for some years. His forebears are buried in Templemaley Churchyard, Ballyalla. His holding was acquired by the landlord for
one of the bigger houses and land. Such estates were common in the area. My grandfather was given instead another holding in lieu, a choice piece of land, etc., on an area called "Cuigaquid" in the parish of Kilnamona, approximately 3.5 miles from
Ennis"
- Cuigaquid can be found in Griffiths Valuation in County Clare.
