University of California; married on July 5, 1902 to Katherine F. Lawler; is editorial writer for the San Francisco Bulletin, and a member of the firm Cullinan & Hickey; has travelled in Germany, Austria, France, England, Alaska and Honolulu.

- Eustace Cullinan, Jr. (1906-1959) was appointed to the municipal bench by Earl Warren, then governor in 1952 and was elevated five years later to the Supreme Court bench.
- Gerald Cullinan (1916-1979). "Was a writer and politician. He came to Washington and was public relations consul for the Letter Carriers Union in the U.S. Postal Service, and had been Assistant Postmaster General under President
Eisenhower. Gerald died suddenly in September of 1979. He has written a history of the U.S. Postal Service". -Paul H. Cullinan, Washington DC.
