Mrs. Bridget Cullinan

Mrs. Bridget M. Lynch Cullinan of 37 Hazelwood Avenue died Friday in Connecticut Hospice, Branford.

Services will take place Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. in the O'Connor and Gorman Funeral Home, 515 Washington Avenue, and at 10 o'clock in St. Peter's Church. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.

Born in County Kerry, Ireland, she lived in Bridgeport 50 years, and was a volunteer at Golden Heights Hospital and a member of the Ladies Guild at St. Peter's Church. She was also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Ancient Order of Hibernians and the Gaelic American Club. She was the widow of Patrick Cullinan.

Survivors include a son, James Cullinan, of Bethany; three brothers, Joseph and Jeremiah Cullinan, both of County Kerry, Ireland, and Rev. Peter Cullinan of Dublin, Ireland.

Note

It seems that the references to "Joseph, Jeremiah and Rev. Peter Cullinan" were in error. It is likely that these are her siblings (Lynch).
