Cullinan, Pat
(#650) Enlisted at the age of 26 years; appointed on December 1, 1829. Height - 5’ 10". Native of County Clare. Catholic. Married on August 9, 1832 (wife from Co. Leitrim). Recommended by Sir Edward O’Brien. Listed as a labourer before joining the Constabulary. He served in Counties Roscommon and Leitrim and was then transferred to Roscommon on February 1, 1833; appointed Constable on May 1, 1848. Service: 26 years, 1 month. Pension £36.

Callinan, Pat (#1103) Enlisted at the age of 20 years; appointed on November 1, 1831. Height - 5’ 8 1/2". Native of County Galway. Catholic. Married on August 9, 1832 (wife from Co. Leitrim). Recommended by Captain French, Justice of the Peace. He served in Counties Kilkenny and Wexford and was then transferred to Tipperary South on May 1, 1850; appointed Constable May 11, 1842. Service: 21 years, 9 months. Pension £26.

Callanan, Dennis
(#1879) Enlisted at the age of 21 years; appointed on March 29, 1846. Height - 5’ 9". Native of County Cork. Catholic. Recommended by Martin Kerwan, Justice of the Peace. Listed as a labourer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to Tipperary South on September 8, 1846. Service: 26 years, 8 months. Pension £26.

Callinan, William
(#2335) Enlisted at the age of 22 years; appointed in January, 1837. Height - 5’ 8". Native of County Limerick. Catholic. Recommended by Colonel Fitzgibbon. Listed as a farmer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to Tipperary North in October, 1836; appointed Constable January 4, 1847. Service: 25 years, 11 months. Pension £31.

Cullinan, John
(#3198) Enlisted at the age of 23 years; appointed August 10, 1838. Height - 5’ 10". Native of County Clare. Married (wife from Co. Clare). Catholic. Recommended by John O’Brien, Esq. Assigned to County Mayo on August 10, 1838. Pensioned on June 16, 1873; service: 34 years, 9 months. Pension £27.

(#3318) Enlisted at the age of 20 years; appointed June 8, 1838. Height - 5’ 8". Native of County Galway. Catholic. Recommended by Major Kirwan, Justice of the Peace. Listed as a labourer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to County Meath, then County Tyrone on October 11, 1842. No more information is given.

(#3752) Enlisted at the age of 21 years; appointed January 1, 1839. Height - 5’ 8". Native of County Clare. Catholic. Recommended by Captain Burne. Assigned to Tipperary North. Dismissed March 1, 1849.

Cullinane, William
(#4079) Enlisted at the age of 24 years on September 25, 1849. Height - 6’ 1". Native of County Tipperary. Catholic. Married September 24, 1849 (wife a native of County Cork). Recommended by R. Pennafether, Esq. Listed as a labourer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to Cork City, Cork East, Roscommon and then Limerick. He died on February 18, 1865. He was appointed Constable R2S on February 1, 1853, then promoted to Constable P1S on October 1, 1853. Service: 24 years, 7 months. "Gratuity paid to family of deceased, £30.10.10. Died of fever. Gratuity paid to Mary, widow of the late Sub Constable."

McTavish, Henry
(#5604) Enlisted at the age of 20 years on November 8, 1844. Height - 5’ 9 1/4". Native of County Clare. Catholic. Married January 1858 (wife a native of County Cork). Recommended by Sub Inspector Morgan. Assigned to Cork West, then Kerry on December 1, 1858. Pensioned on October 22, 1875.

Cullinan, Thomas
(#3945) Enlisted at the age of 20 years on March 11, 1844. Height - 5’ 8". Native of County Galway. Catholic. Married January 21, 1853 (wife a native of County Sligo). Recommended by Sub Inspector Coburn. Assigned to County Sligo. Appointed IA Constable on December 1, 1864 then P. Constable on September 1, 1866. Service: 31 years, 7 months. Pensioned at £60 on October 22, 1875.

(#6112) Enlisted at the age of 23 years on May 29, 1845. Height - 5’ 8 1/2". Native of Tipperary North. Catholic. Recommended by John Lawlee, Justice of the Peace. Listed as a farmer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to County Cavan. Appointed ISC Constable on August 1, 1846, then R2S Constable on June 1, 1850. Resigned in July, 1850.

(#7048) Enlisted at the age of 22 years on February 13, 1845. Height - 5’ 10 1/2". Native of County Clare. Catholic. Recommended by H. O’Loughlan, Justice of the Peace. Listed as a labourer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to Tipperary South. Promoted P1SC on March 1, 1847; R2SC on August 16, 1847; R1SC on September 1, 1848 and then R2SC on May 1, 1849. Dismissed on January 26, 1850.

Callinan, Martin
(#7141) Enlisted at the age of 20 years on June 21, 1845. Height - 5’ 10". Native of County Galway. Catholic. Recommended by Charles Lyons, Justice of the Peace. Listed as a farmer before joining the Constabulary. Assigned to County Westmeath. Promoted P1SC on June 1, 1849; R2SC on October 1, 1849; P1SC, then November 1, 1850. Dismissed on September 24, 1852.
