" The death occured at the Nuffield Institute, at 3.30 yesterday afternoon, of Dr.
John G. Cullinane, Clonakilty, at the age of 47. Born at Leap, Co. Cork, Dr. Cullinane was
a brother of the Very Rev. Dean Denis Cullinane, of Ontario, Canada, and a brother of the
Very Rev. Michael Cullinane, Dean of St. Catherine's, Toronto, Ontario, and Mrs. Patrick
Daly, Shepperton Park, Leap; Mrs. R.J. Swanton, Clonakilty, and Miss Catherine Cullinane,
of Toronto. Having received his early education in Skibbereen, he entered University
College, Cork, where he graduated in 1917. Having spent a little while in Liverpool, he
returned to take up Timoleague Dispensary, afterwards becoming Medical Officer of
Clonakilty Hospital."
