In 1978, the Hilda Willis Callaway Scholarship Fund was established to provide supplemental book money to students pursuing their education. A student must be a direct descendent of the Coppage-Coppedge family and be an active member of the Association to receive the scholarship. Funds are raised for the scholarship fund during the annual reunion at the silent auction on Friday night and through the sales of the "Cooking Cousins" family cookbook.
