Delve Mill, Chatteris, Cambridgeshire - c. 1911

        This is [we believe!] Fred's mill at Delve, in Chatteris; as found on the 1901 Census and in Kelly's 1908 Directory of Cambridgeshire.

        My sincere thanks to Jon, webmaster of the Chatteris History website who found this picture. And who took me to the site 
        of the mill on my recent visit to the Fens - the mill and the house no longer exist; the site is now a haulage yard 
        on the outskirts of Chatteris - but the present owners remember the old mill house!
