Lynchburg, Virginia, February 17, 1824, and died at O'Fallon, Ill., February

exclaimed with strong clear voice, "Praise God, from whom all blessings
flow," and "Thank God for every good thing.
His Christian experience was always bright and clear, and when laid on a bed of
suffering his experience was the same. He frequently expressed his readiness to
respond to all call of the Master. True to God, and all the interests of the
church, he died at his post, and is gone to reap the reward of a faithful
servant.
