          Hi everyone,

           Back from South Dakota in September.  I attended the German from Russia Convention in
            Rapid City.  It was a good convention as usual.  A busy summer and since then the fall has been
            busy also. The Family File was updated today. 

            I still have obituaries to put on the web page which will wait for January.

          Hi everyone,

           A busy summer so far.  I continue as always adding and updating the family
           files about once a month.  Also while in Jamestown for a KAPP Family reunion
            I went to Streeter and took pictures of most of the tombstones at Streeter
            City Cemetery.  I have label them and uploaded to the web site.  Enjoy.
            8-26-09 Add 29 old obituaries this week.

          Hi everyone,

           Hello Again, I have found a couple of major mistakes. Men with the same name in
            different families. Emil Reich and Jacob Sukut.  With much research of obituaries 
            I now have the four men correctly identified, I hope. While doing this work I added 
            other information on these two families. Still researching Sukut.

            files.  Family File update will be done in early March.

          Hi everyone,

             I have also been working with adding obituaries from the 2007. 
              I have finished through the R's.  The rest should be done soon.
              Also I have divided another section hoping to speed loading of the pages.
              Hints on using Obit files at bottom of this page.

          Hi everyone,

          Time is flying fast.  May already.   This summer I will go to the convention at Casper WY. 
          It will be a combination convention for both German From Russia Organizations. Should be
          fun.  Today I added a few new obituaries from 2004 and before.  Hopefully I will keep 
          them coming.  I have more to add.

            Hi Everyone,

            I have not ignored the site this month.  I have been dividing the  
            Obituary Collection files.  There are now 15 files which should load  
            faster.  I have also added 16 obituaries.
           
            A few hints for using these files.

            1. Click the icon next to the name, to go directly to that person's
            obituary. 
           2. Check pages with your browsers search or "Find in Page" feature
            for different surnames.
           3. Where known I have listed maiden names of the women in the index.
           4. Some obituaries from the Fargo Forum are not complete, they can 
             be purchased from the paper.  <http://www.in-forum.com/library/>.
             You will need a credit card, but the current cost is only $1.95 each.
