This is not Allen, son of Wm. & Sarah Massey (Marilou Roach Fair)
### NOTE!!! In re-examining the original census, the 5 m under 10 could be a 3. The 18-25 year old male could also be a brother with children or a son who stays when they move. Burrell's bio states that he moved from Wayne to Jefferson in 1820 so it would make sense that James would also move at this time, thus putting him on both census (& Henry's age on the Wayne Co. census is at least 2 years off). I think Allen & James may indeed be one & the same, with James having 2 female children by the time of the 2nd census taking - need censu dates to prove/disprove. Or maybe Jame's family was living with Allen CATO & moved to Jefferson Co. One way or another, I'm convinced the census is too similar to ignore. State census shows: 7 males, 2 females, 1 taxable

Could this be the James Hannah CATO who on inventory list shows d. 29 Augt. 1826 -Sept. 25, 1826 w/ inventory in Claiborne Co. listing slaves. Is listed in the Henry CATO Bible records as died July 19, 1826. Or Jas. M. in Monroe Co., AL 1830?
