[Author's note: Following is long-winded, i.e. more than you ever wanted to know, and not all of what I know.]

Unfortunately, it is not clear which of the other 4 sister is which. That's another reason I'd like to find some relations from their sides of the family. In addition to the information below from the Scott genealogy book, 1908 information comes from the diary of Amy Going, daughter of Maria Cass Going.

The other 4 Cass sisters are:
Rosena Jannette Cass, b. Oct. 29, 1831, m. Titus Jenness Twombley, residence, Morrison, Ill. Two children: Horace Elmer, b. Mar 9, 1855 in Brownington, Vt, (possibly married a Phoebe and resided in Morrison in 1908) and Adah Belle, b. June 13, 1857 in Palmyra, Ill. Adam. John Wesley Hulett, B. Mar. 30, 1855, in Union Grove, Ill. The Huletts resided in Morrison (about a half a mile from the depot). Rosena lived in Unionville, another half-mile away. Either Amy Going had the name wrong, or Rosena and Titus had another son, Hiram, who was married in 1908 and also lived in the vicinity.

Mary Estine Cass, b. June 4, 1836, in Ascot, P.Q., m. Burrell Vance Daniels, b. Feb. 14, 1833. Residence in 1883, Morrison, Ill. (Possibly her residence in1903 was Clinton, Iowa -- 837 Stockholm Street, which was the address where Amy Going and Maria Cass Going stayed just before the reunion).

Sarah Hellena Cass b. May 20, 1838, Ascot, P.Q., m. William Eads, b. Sept. 6, 1831, 1881 residence Morrison, Ill; July 1908 residence Clyde, Ill.

Estella "Stella" Annetta Cass b. July 30, 1852, Irasburg, VT, m. Benjamin A. Tezier, b. Feb. 13, 1848. Residence Shenandoah, Iowa 1881. Clinton, Iowa? 1908 -- 837 Stockholm Street? (address where Amy & Maria stayed the night before the picture was taken.)

Two other siblings predeceased these 7:
Albert Alonzo Cass b. Mar. 14, 1844 in Irasburg, Vt. M. Laura lma Trask (b. June, 1840, Blusffville, Ill.) Albert died Sept. 13, 1874, Burlington, iowa, buried in Waterloo, Iowa. Laura died Feb. 14, 1880 in Shenandoah, Iowa. They had two children: Alice Jannette Cass, b. April 21, 1865, Ustic, Ill.; Phoebe Adella Cass, b. Aug. 20, 1870 in Manti, Iowa. Albert separated from Lauraand married Lida Billings. Their child was Albert Alonzo Cass, b. Mar. 26, 1875 in either Clinton or Waterloo, Iowa.

Emily Jane Cass, b. April 30, 1846, Irasburg, Vt., m. Robert Dickson, in Morrison, Ill., July 4, 1864. Dickson was b. Nov. 1, 1833, Bangor, Maine. Emily died Mar 22, 1876 and was buried in Clinton, Iowa. Their children: Herbert Alvin Dickson, b Dec. 21, 1867 in Clinton, Iowa; Carrie Minnetta Dickson, b. Dec.26, 1869, Clinton, Iowa; Earnest Dickson, b. Sept. 25, 1874, Clinton, Iowa.

The pictures cost 50 cents apiece and 24 were to be made up. They were delivered Fri. Aug. 7.

The reunion coincided with the Firemen's Tournament and carnival. According to Amy, "Uncle [Ben Tezier/Tozier], Aunt [Stella] and I went down see the streets lit up. We Walked down but took the street-car back . It was pretty but such a hubbub (sic), and such throng of people. There were countless tent side shows, a ferris wheel, a merry-go-round, an elephant that people were riding on, a ladder 125-feet tall that a man was to jump from the top of, and so on."
