Levi Moore is the half-brother of William Robey, being a son of Philip Moore,

This indenture made this twenty-seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Between Levi Moore and Amanda his wife of the County of Scioto and State of Ohio, of the one [or user?] part and Wm. Roby of the County and State aforesaid of the other part, [word uncertain--Kilmfaith?], that the said Levi Moore and his wife for and in consideration of the sum of twenty five dollars current money of the United States of America to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they hereby acknowledge and forever quit claim and discharge the said William Robey, his heirs, executor and administrators have granted bargained sold allianced and confirmed, and by their presents do grant bargain sell [WORD?] & confirm unto the said William Robey his heirs and assigns forever one fifth undivided Share of all that [WORD] parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Scioto and State of Ohio designated as follows to wit: being all that land or parcel of land, being in Number of entry (3946) three thousand nine hundred and forty-six, original Proprietor John Beasley, which said tract of land was set off to: Mitty Moore (widow of Philip Moore, deceased) as her dower of the lands, whereof Philip Moore dec'd seized & which said land tract has been convey by the said Mitty Moore on the 29th day of July A.D. 1829 unto the said Wm. Robey as her full right of Dower to the same.~~And this conveyance being made by the said Levi allows as one of the heirs of Philip Moore deceased being the one fifth part of the said tract allotted for the said owner containing twenty-three and a half acres as will more fully appear by approve by [word?] had to the said [word} Partitions unsorted in the proceedings of the Court of Common Pleas in Scioto County--Beginning at a map (a corner to Lot number 121 two allotted to Levi Moore as heir to Philip Moore deceased) Then on N4E-E24 poles 6:[something missing at end of sheet?] stakes from which a Hucklberry 10 inches Diameter bears L 75 [degrees or feet?] & 27 links & a 14 inch maple L 24 [inches?] West 25 links. Then on N59 feet W 176 poles to a stake Thence [S3 inches?] 38 [feet?] & 29 34/100 poles to a stake and Hickory, thence [S59 inches?] & 151 poles to the beginning maples containing twenty-three and a half acres of land , together with all improvements, water courses, [word?], appurtenances whatsoever to the said premises belonging, or on any wise appertaining and the reversions, remainders, and profits thereof, and the estate right title interest, property claims and demand of heirs of the said Levi Moore of, in and to the same, to have and to hold the lands hereby conveyed, with [a-word?] and [word?] the premesis and every part and parcel thereof with every of the appurtenances unto the said William Robey, his heirs and assigns forever, and the said Levi Moore and Amanda his wife for themselves, their heirs executors and administrations, do [even out?] promise and agree to and with the said William Robey, his heirs and assigns, by these /presents that the premises before mentioned now are, and forever hereafter shall remain free of and from all former and other gifts, grants, bargains, sales, Dowers, and titles of Dower, Judgments, requisitions, titles, troubles, charges, and encumbrances whatsoever, done or suffered to be done by them the said Levi Moore and Amanda his wife. And the said Levi Moore & Amanda his wife and their heirs all and singular the premises hereby bargained and complete with its appurtenances unto the said William Robey his heirs and assigns against them the said Levi Moore and Amanda his wife and their heirs and all and every other person or persons whatsoever doth sign with warrant and forever defend by their presence. In witness thereof they the said Levi Moore and Amanda his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this day and year above witnessed signed sealed and delivered in presence of us. The State of Ohio, Scioto County of--personally comes before me the subscriber or Justice of the Peace in and for said county Levi Moore and Amanda Moore his wife the questioners of the {word?} Deed and both acknowledged they signed and sealed the same for the persons therein mentioned the said Amanda being first examined separate and apart from her said husband, I further certify that from personal acquaintance that the grantors is the persons they represent themselves to be.
