IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN, I John Andrew of Dorchester County in the province of Maryland, Planter, being sick and weak of body but of sound mind memory and understanding, to make and publish this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following, to wit;
First of all I give and bequeath unto my loving children John Andrew, Junr, Joseph Andrew and Mary Griffith all and singular my household goods and moveables to be equally divided amongst them. Also I give to Richard Norman my grandson, one hundred acres of land lying and being on the northwest fork of the Nanticoke River, it being part of a tract called "Hopewell" to him his heirs and assigns forever. Also I give to my daughter Jean Cannon one shilling sterling in full. Also I give to my son John Andrew, Junr a tract of land lying and being in the northwest fork of the Nanticoke River commonly called and known by the name of "Iron Mine Neck" containing one hundred acres to him and his heirs forever. Also I give unto William Andrew, James Andrew and Tamsey Nuten, deceased, their heirs one shilling sterling in full, each of them. And nominate and appoint the above named John Andrew, Junr. Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will and wills by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of June in the year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty one.
