Gladys (Brown) Loffer in 1927.
This picture was taken shortly before surgery to
remove a diseased kidney. No one in her family
believed she would survive, so they wanted a
picture to remember her by. She lived another
60+ years.

To go back even farther, the child on the far right
is Roy, pictured with his Aunt Ruby, and Uncle Ralph Sober.
