Oliver Lee was born on 23 December 1791 in New Lebanon, Connecticut, son of Solomon Lee and Ann Brewster. He died suddenly on 28 July 1846 at Buffalo City, Erie Co., New York. In 1839, Oliver established the Bank of Silver Creek and became its first president.
Elizabeth “Eliza” Downer was born on 22 July 1794 in Connecticut, daughter of Uriah Downer and Desire Hough (1764 – 1816; m. 1787). She died on 09 November 1882 in New York). They are buried at the Glenwood Cemetery.

i. Eunice Lee was born on 16 February 1815 in New York. She married Clark Swift.
ii. Caroline Lee was born on 09 May/November 1816 in New York, and died 12 April 1894/95. She married unknown Young who died before the 1880 census.
iii. Charles H. Lee was born on 01 October 1818 in New York, and died on 02 March 1904. It doesn’t appear that he ever married.

iv. Eliza Lee was born on 25 November 1820 in New York, and died on 21 March 1868; another source said that she died a few weeks after the birth of her daughter Helen. She married William Hawks Abell (b. on 29 January 1814 in Vermont; d. 15 November 1887 at Buffalo, New York) on 22 October 1846. Children:

i. William Oliver Abell was born on 16 March 1848 in New York, and died on 18 March 1873.
ii. Harriet Eliza Abell was born on 02 July 1850 in New York, and died on 11 January 1914 at Lucas Co., Ohio. She married Thomas Towers (b. about August 1849 in New York) on 04 June 1872. Children:
i. William Towers was born about 1873 in New York. He died before the 1900 census.
ii. Charles Albert Towers was born on 24 January 1876 in New York, and died on 18 October 1961 in California. He married Amelia Hirth (b. about 1871 in Ohio) about 1901. Children:
i. Walter H. Towers was born on 09 May 1901 in Ohio, and died on 10 January 1971 in California. He married Alma (b. about 1902 in Kansas) about 1922.
ii. Harold D. Towers was born about 1906 in Ohio. He married Florence W. (b. about 1909 in California) about 1928.
ii. Walter James Towers was born on 01 June 1880 in Ohio, and died on 08 April 1952 in California. He married Margaret M. (b. about 1885 in Canada; she moved to the US in 1895) about 1911.
Thomas married second Ida H. (b. about 1859 in Michigan; d. 28 April 1926 at Lucas Co., Ohio).
iii. Charles Lee Abell was born on 04 October 1856 in Buffalo, Erie Co., New York, and died at his home in Buffalo on 15 October 1920. He married Emma L. Farthing (b. 28 October 1858 in New York; daughter of George and Matilda Kelly Farthing) on 25 March 1880. Children:
i. Mildred Abell was born on 05 October 1882 in Buffalo, New York. She married Harvey Staring Horton (b. 25 April 1884 in New York; d, October 1965 in Miami, Florida).
ii. Harold Lee Abell was born on 30 August 1889 at Buffalo, New York. He married Eleanor D.
iv. Helen Maria Abell was born on 12 March 1864 in New York, and died in 1955. She married Jesse D. Denny, a pharmacist (b. November 1855 in New York; d. 1921 in California) on 30 March 1898 at Silver Creek, New York. It doesn’t appear that they had any children of their own.
William married second Margaret (Maggie) Hussey on 17 January 1871. Children:
i. Alice Louise Abell was born on 05 March 1880.
ii. Mary Edna Abell was born in June 1884.
v. James Howe Lee was born on 16 September 1822 in Warsaw, New York, and died on 04 March 1907. He married Lucretia M. Clark (b. about October 1827 in New York; daughter of Dudley Clark) on 24 December 1856. Children:
i. Alice M. Lee was born about 1858 at Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co., New York. She married Israel Platt Pardee (b. 12 May 1852 at Hazelton, Pennsylvania; son of Ariovistus Pardee; d. October 1934 at Hazleton, Pennsylvania) on 28 February 1889. Children:
i. James Lee Pardee was born on 22 March 1891 at Stanhope, New Jersey. He married Elizabeth Mallory (b. 24 July 1890 at Chicago, Illinois; daughter of Walter S. Mallory and Carrie Miller) on 06 January 1915 at Easton, Pennsylvania. Children:
ii. Ariovistus (Ario) Pardee was born on 22 September 1920 at Hazleton, Pennsylvania, and died on 18 September 1996 in Florida.
ii. Charles Marvin Pardee was born on 01 March 1894 at Stanhope, New Jersey. He married Margaret Mallory (b. 31 August 1892 at Chicago, Illinois; daughter of Walter S. Mallory and Carrie Miller) on 01 December 1917 at Hazleton, Pennsylvania.
ii. Helen Lee Pardee was born on 12 August 1895.
ii. Walter C. Lee was born about 1861 in New York, and died in California in 1904.
iii. Harriman Willis Lee (Harry) was born about 1868 in New York. resided at Pasadena, California.
iv. unknown Lee died in infancy.

vi. Mary Lee was born on 14 June 1824, and died in 1825.
vii. Franklin Lee was born on 20 February 1826 in New York, and died on 09 July 1906. He married Marianne H. Waith (b. about January 1831 in England; daughter of Rev. William Waith) about 1850. Children:

x. John M. Lee was born on 03 October 1831 in New York, and died in 1908. Lived in CA ca 1875.
xi. Maria S. Lee was born on 24 October 1835 in Silver Creek, Chautauqua Co., New York, and died after 1906. She married Chauncy Goodrich Talcott (b. 1834 in New York) about 1859. They adopted their niece Helen Abell and raised her, as it doesn’t appear that they had any children of their own.
