January 15, 1895

At Mcgregor, Iowa, on December 27, Mr. Edward Pingel to Miss Lizzie Sautter. The many friends of the newly married couple will join with The Times in wishing them a happy and prosperous journey o'er life's matrimonial sea. The groom is a resident of South Stockbridge. For a number of years he has been engaged in the manufacture of cheese. He is an honest, upright young man and has the respect of all who know him. The bride is a stranger to our people, but those who know her, speak in highest praise of her lady like manner and pleasant and agreeable ways. She is welcome to out midst. The newly married couple are visiting friends in Iowa, at present. They will return about Jan. 15 to make their home in Stockbridge.
