November 18, 1905
At an early hour on Tuesday morning Nov. 14, 1905, Mr. Edward Nuss and Miss Rosa Gerhards were united in marriage at the parsonage of St. Mary's Catholic church by Rev. Fr. M. Schoell. After the ceremony the bridal party was driven to the home of the bride on School street where a wedding breakfast was served. The happy couple were then driven to New Holstein where they took the south bound train for Milwaukee and Chicago. The groom was attended by Alvin Schneider, of Green Bay, and Miss Dora Kersten acted as bridesmaid. Mr. Nuss is one of the popular clerks of the Knauf & Tesch establishments. He has made his home in this city for a number of years and is one of the popular young men of the town. The bride is a daughter of Peter Gerhards. She has resided here since childhood and is a general favorite with those who know her. The Times offers congratulations. The happy couple will begin housekeeping in the Miller residence at the Center which they have in readiness.
