Married at Marshfield
On Tuesday morning at 8:30 o'clock at St. John's church at Marshfield,
Rev. Fr. Jos. Folz united in marriage Mr. Paul Tremmel and Miss Theresa
Tilger. Miss Barbara Tilger was maid of honor and Mr. Martin B. Erickson
acted as best man. Miss Lenora Tremmel was bridesmaid and Mr. Albert
Tremmel attended the bridegroom. The bride wore a beautiful gown of
white satin and shadow lace and carried a bouquet of yellow roses and
lillies of the valley, while the maid of honor and the bridesmaid carried
white and pink carnations and ferns.
After the ceremony at the church they were driven to the home of Paul
Tremmel, father of the bridegroom, where a wedding breakfast was served
and the day spent in merriment. They will begin housekeeping on a farm
in the town of Lincoln where the bridegroom has furnished a beautiful
home for his bride. The bride is one of Rantoul's fair young ladies and
is well and favorably known not only in her home town but in this
section, where she is highly esteemed. The bridegroom is one of the
popular young men of Marshfield and is no stranger to the people of
Chilton and Rantoul for he spent the past two years in this vicinity.
The Times extends congratulations.
