The Calkins Family Association has been found exempt from Federal Income Tax under section 501(c)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code.

To request copies of any of the documents you may send your request, along with your complete address, phone number and e-mail address, to maxcalkins@comcast.net Hard copies of the document package are available to any requesting party upon receipt of written request, accompanied by payment in the amount of $7.50, for copying and postage. Payment shall be made by check made payable to Calkins Family Association. Your request and payment should be mailed to Judie Schiel, 2583 Ionia Street, Crystal, MI 48815.
