Levi and Margaret Janney Of Maryland

Little is known of Levi and his wife Margaret. It took over a year of searching to come up with their names. Although I can not positivly prove their connection through official records the evidence I have leads me to this conclusion.
According to census records Levi was born in Maryland about 1795.  He and his wife Margaret have six known children. One of which is my ancestor Thomas. All these children were born in Maryland as far as I know.

The Children of  Levi and Margaret Janney:
1) John: Born about 1824

2) Mary: Born about 1827

3) Levi: Born about 1829

4) Thomas: Born about 1832. Served in 6th Infantry Regiment Maryland Company G. Married Anna Maria Samson. Killed in action at the Wilderness on May 5, 1864.

5) Wesley: Born about 1838.  Wesley served in the same regiment as his brother Thomas for a short while and then deserted. He then joined the the Second Calvary Pennsylvania as Westley Jordan. Married Anna E Hill before 1870. I do not believe they had any children. He was by trade a farmer and laborer. Wesley died in the Fair Hill area of Cecil County, Maryland in 1890.

6) Harriet M.: Born September 1842 in Maryland. On May 22, 1856 she married John Patrick Hurley. John served in the same Civil war regiment as Harriet's brothers. He and Westlery deserted the 6th Maryland on the same day. John and Harriet had seven known children: Elizabeth (1857), George (1859), John (1862), Anna M (1868), Estella M (1868), Henry (1871), and Jefferson (1876). Harriet died November 14, 1914 in Chester Pennsylvania
