L. Robinson was born on 12 Apr 1930 in Huntignton, Cabell Co., WV. She died
on 8 Sep 2002 in Huntington, Cabell Co., WV. IRENE L. DENNISON, 72, of Huntington
was taken by angels to live an eternal life with Jesus on Sunday, September 8,
2002, at her residence after a long illness. Funeral service will be held at
Beard Mortuary on Wednesday, September 11, 2002, at 2 p.m., with Rev. David A.
Erenrich officiating; burial immediately following in White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
She was born on April 12, 1930, in Huntington, a daughter of the late John and
Josephine Robinson. She was retired from K-Mart of Huntington and was a member
of the First United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by one brother,
Robert E. Robinson, and one sister, Geraldine Michael. Irene was the loving mother
of three surviving sons, Robert "Bobby" Dennison and his wife, Beverly,
of Chicago, Ill., David Dennison and his wife, Christi, of Louisville, Ky., and
James "JimBo" Dennison and his companion, Penny Petrie, of Huntington;
two surviving daughters, Becky Gillespie and her husband, Danny, of Huntington
and Jeanne Banaei and her husband, Hadi, of Chesapeake, Ohio. She was a loving
grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of six. She is also survived by one
sister, Jean Anderson of Huntington; two brothers, Louis Robinson of Huntington
and Joe Robinson and his wife, Grace, of Paris, Ky.; and one very special friend,
Barbara James of Huntington. Irene was an inspiration to her children as well
as to many others. The family would like to express their appreciation to Hospice,
all the nurses and doctors at St. Mary’s Hospital and all the family and

Roby of Huntington, W. Va., Joe Van Faussien of Cordova, S. C., and Casey Van
Faussien of Prichard, W. Va.; one niece, Mrs. Betty Lou Hitchcock of Huntington,
W. Va.; five great nieces; three great nephews; and one very dear friend, Mrs.
