The body hs been removed to the Heck funeral home at Milton pending completion of funeral arrangements.

Roy O. Pinkerton of 308-3rd St., Huntington, W. VA, Cabell County, age 23, died 1939 of a tragic accident while fishing with a friend.
He fell from the locks and dam in Mason County, W. VA. He is survived by his wife Nesbith G. Rowe Pinkerton who is expecting their first child in May.
He is also survived by his mother and father Minnie and George W. Pinkerton, several sisters and brothers.
A sister Anna Mae Clark preceded him in death 6th jan 1933 at age 22. The body will be intered at Greenbottom Cemetery, Greenbottom, W. VA.

Old Resident Passed Away At Residence On Patt's Branch Wednesday and Will Be Buried Today.

Mrs. Mary Diddle, aged sixty-nine years, widow of J. L. Diddle, died Wednesday at her home on Patt's Branch, above Guyandotte. Her funeral will take place this afternoon at half past two o'clock and she will be buried at Highland Cemetery.
She was born in Monroe county, Virginia in 1845. She lived for many years in Kanawha county before coming with her family to take up her residence in Guyandotte where she lived for more than twenty years. She was a member of the Guyandotte Baptist Church.
She leaves three sons and two daughters who are A. L. Diddle and James Diddle of this city. Walter Diddle of Holden, Mrs. Vernie Messersmith and Mrs. Allen Bias of this city. She also leaves three sisters and four brothers who live in Kanawha county.
