FUNERAL OF JAMES LOVE
The body of James Love was brought to this city this morning from Barboursville on the C & O train No. 15 for burial. The funeral services was delivered by Rev. Dr. Walker of the Fifth Avenue Baptist Church at 1:30 o'clock before a large concourse of sorrowing relatives and friends.
The interment was at Spring Hill Cemetery. Mr. Love was an estimable gentleman, well known by many in whose minds he was universally esteemed and admired. His death in one greatly to be deplored by all.

LOVE FUNERAL
Funeral services for T. A. Love, prominent Cabell county farmer, will be held this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock, at the First Presbyterian church in Milton, W. Va.
The service prior to the Milton rites, which will be held at the home of Mr. Love's daughter, Mrs. Andrew Southworth, of 918 Ninth avenue, at 2 p. m. today.
Dr. J. Layton Mauze, pastor of the First Presbyterian church will conduct the final services. He will be assisted by the Rev. W. P. Hooper, pastor of the Highlawn Presbyterian church. Interment will be made at a Milton cemetery.
The honorary pallbearers are to be friends in Milton, where Mr. Lowe formerly lived, and near which town his farm is situated. They are to be: T. J. Berkeley, H. J. Baumgartner, F. L. Ray, J. W. Brightwell, A. W. Hinkle, J. A. Hinkle, Joseph Jordan, Charles J. Berkeley, V. I. Hall and L. C. Yeardley.
The pallbearers, all of whom are officials of the Cabell county farm bureau, are to be Ed. Kyle, A. L. Baumgardner, G. C. Ferrell, F. L. Frazier, Azel McCurdy and Howard Thornburg.

Note: There is a conflict in the annotations of Mr. Turner and myself as to the parents of Elizabeth. He died on 16 Jun 1870. He was buried about 17 Jun 1870 in William Love Cemetery, Cabell Co., Va.(WV). The Love Cemetery was located near Prichard School off of Howell's Mill road. The area was bulldozed (date unknown) and the cemetery was destroyed. A restoration project by the BSA recovered some of the tombstones. The remains of those stones were pieced together on top of the ground and laid inside a cement retainer wall. The location of this small section of tombstones is a few feet off the side of the road, near Prichard School on Howell's Mill. Coordinates N38 12 26, W83 26 31. He had an estate probated on 4 Aug 1870 in Cabell Co., WV. Parents: Charles Love and Susanna Childs.
