(179) DEATH OF MR. HENNEN,
PROMINENT CITIZEN OF GUYANDOTTE PASSES AWAY YESTERDAY AT NOON.
Perry Hennen, one of the most influential citizens of Guyandotte, died at noon yesterday at his home on Buffington street. He had been ill for about a year past and his death has been expected for some days past. he leaves a wife and eight children to mourn his death. Mr. Hennen was about fifty-five years of age and has been active in business circles for many years. He was at one time a stockholder in the ax handle plant, when it was first started in Guyandotte. Mr. Hennen was well known in this section and leaves many friends.
The funeral will occur at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon and the remains will be interred at Highland cemetery. The breaved family have the sympathy of all.
