Free Census project for Buteshire

Welcome to the homepage for the Buteshire free census project. This project is dedicated to transcribing the Buteshire parish censuses and making them freely available as part of the UK FreeCEN project: (FreeCEN)

Data is already online. Complete transcriptions of the 1841. 1851, 1861 and 1871 censuses of the county of Bute are available at the freeCEN site (FreeCEN)
