The little girl, left, is Olean Harris, and the boy,
right, is Ray Harris, both were children of Della by a
former marriage to Joseph Harris. Olean was born
November 5, 1912 and Ray was born November 30,
1914.
The baby on William's lap is Nora Bruner. She was born February 19, 1917.
William Bruner was a son of Elias Bruner Jr. and Martha Elizabeth Post. Della was a
daughter of Charles William McCaskey and Martha Ellen Cobb.
William Samuel Bruner died September 8, 1938 at the age of 55, just one day before his
wife's 44th birthday. He is buried in Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa, Oklahoma beside his wife
of 22 years. Cause of death, Coronary Thrombosis [Heart Attack]
Della Eveline McCaskey Bruner died February 6, 1940. She was buried on February 7,
1940 in Rose Hill Cemetery in Tulsa, Oklahoma beside her husband in Graceland 531.
Cause of death, Pulmonary Tuberculosis.
Olean Harris, who went by the name of Bruner all her live, died December 11, 1982 in
Ontario, California. Burial place is unknown at this time. Cause of death, Huntington
Disease.
Nora Bruner died March 2, 1918 at the age of 1 year and 1 month. Burial was in Rose Hill
Cemetery on March 3, 1918, Tulsa, Oklahoma. Cause of death, Meningitis.
Ray Harris, who went by the name of Bruner until he married, died January 7, 1997 in
Bixby, Oklahoma. Cause of death, lung cancer. He is buried at a military cemetery at Fort
Gibson, Oklahoma.
