Of the early history of Trinity church, Reformed and Lutheran, Springfield, but little is

known. Christ Church in Springtown is owned conjointly by the Lutheran, Reformed,

Yardley & Taylorsville constitute a Methodist Episcopal pastorate. Church buildings were

erected in 1858 and 1838 respectively. The Advent congregation here has usually been
