Funeral services for Frank R. Yetter, 78, of Hamilton, a retired farmer, were held Tuesday at Lamporte Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Harris officiating. Burial was in Oakwood Cemetery.
Memorials to the First Christian Church have been established.
Mr. Yetter died Sunday, Feb. 3, in Blessing Hospital in Quincy.
He was born in Carthage, July 31, 1901, a son of J. C. and Belle Swaim Yetter. He married Mary E. Bugham Feb. 24, 1924, in Ferris.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church of Carthage but attended First Christian Church in Hamilton.
Survivors include his wife of Hamilton; daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Jean) Bodecker of Champaign and Mrs. Robert (Beverly) Ruhs of Hamilton; brother, James of Paradise, Calif.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
