COLCHESTER -- Henry Jack White, 67, of Colchester, died at 8:40 p.m. Saturday, March 13, 1993 at McDonough District Hospital.
He was born Sept. 7, 1925 at Pryor, Okla. to James and Minnie (Stokes) White. He married Elsie L. Lemley Nov. 23, 1954 at Lawton, Okla. She survives.
He is also survived by one brother, Forrest White of Lawton, Okla.; one sister, Nettie Jackson of Pryor, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers.
Mr. White lived in Lawton, Okla. and Chicago prior to moving to Colchester. He was employed by the English Furniture Co. in Lawton as a floor coverer and countertop installer. He was also employed by Colchester Stone and King-Seeley. He was a member of the Boatman Methodist Church in Pryor, Okla.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Jones Mortuary in Colchester with the Rev. Terry Long officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery near Carthage.
Visitation will be anytime until time of services with family meeting friends from 7 to 8:30 tonight.
Memorials may be left to the family.
