Mary Louise Tripp, 79, of Peoria, formerly of Warsaw, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004, at Rosewood Care Center in Peoria.
She was born Jan. 28, 1925, in Keokuk, Iowa, a daughter of Calvin and Pearl May Rice Conner. She married Willard C. Alvin Tripp.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Ann Tripp (Roger) Tondini of Joliet; six sons, Willard LaVerne Tripp, William Dale Tripp, Rocky Steven Tripp, Gary Edward Tripp, Mark Thomas Tripp, all of Warsaw, and John Michael Tripp of Keokuk; one brother, Charles Conner of Milton, Iowa; several sisters; 25 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Tripp; one daughter, Betty Marlene Tripp; one son, Robert Tripp; and several sisters.
She enjoyed gardening and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Nov. 10, after 2 p.m. with family meeting friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lamporte Funeral Home of Warsaw. Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 11, at 2 p.m. at Lamporte Funeral Home of Warsaw with Rev. Mark Horn officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.
